摘要 选择磷酸三丁酯(TBP)、正丁醇和20%7301(煤油)3种溶剂,分别研究了不同材料的致密膜、130μm的微孔聚砜膜及80μm和100μm的PTFE微孔膜的浸润性能和溶胀率.实验结果表明,由接触角θ值的不同可以看出3种溶剂对膜的浸润性能有明显的差异.所选择的膜在有机溶剂的作用下都会有溶胀发生,经过溶胀后膜的物理结构将发生变化.在选择的有机溶剂中,膜在TBP溶剂中的溶胀率最大.对于致密膜,溶胀使膜的孔隙率变大.对于微孔膜,溶胀使膜的孔隙率变小. Tri-butyl phosphate(TBP), n -butanol and 20% 7301(in kerosene)were chosen as solvents in our experiment.PTFE non-porous membrane(thickness of 0.0518 mm),microporous polysulfone membrane (thickness of 130μm)and microporous PTFE membrane (thickness of 45μm and 80μm each)were studied on their wetting and swelling.The experimental results show that the wetting performance of these membranes with the selected solvents can be decided by the measured contact angle.The membranes used in the experiment have been swollen and their physical structure is changed if soaked by organic solvents.Among the three kinds of solvents,TBP has the greatest swelling effect on membranes.The porosity for microporous membranes is decreased after the membrane are swollen.However,for non-porous membranes,porosity will be increased.
