摘要
目的:了解育龄男性精子质量状况。方法:使用北京伟力公司WLJY9000仪器对836名育龄男性完整精液标本进行分析,并根据年龄分为<25岁组、25～29岁组、30～35岁组、36～39岁组和≥40岁组,分析比较各组精液参数。结果:精液质量指标总体符合WHO标准,但各项指标均符合WHO标准者仅占61.60%。25～29岁年龄组精子质量好于其他年龄组,随着年龄增加精子质量呈下降趋势。结论:所调查育龄男性精子质量基本处于WHO规定的标准内,但精子活力下降比例较高。男性生育时间最好在25～30岁。
Objective：To investigate the sperm quality of reproductive men.Methods：836 reproductive men in Chengdu were divided into five groups due to their age： 25 years old,25 ～ 29 years old,30 ～ 35 years old,36 ～ 39 years old and ≥40 years old.Whole the semen samples were analyzed by CASA （WLJY9000,made by BEIJING WEILI Company）.Results：In the 836 reproductive males,the sperm quality indexes accorded with WHO standards as a whole.But what all sperm indexes accorded with WHO standards were only 61.60%.That who were between 25 and 29 years old had a better semen quality than the others,but the semen quality had a trend to be worse when the men became older and older.Conclusion：The semen quality of the reproductive male population accorded with WHO standards on the whole,but the abnormal sperm motility has a highly proportion.The better reproductive stage of the man is between 25 and 30 years old.
