摘要
提出一种新型结构的径向-推力浮环动静压轴承,该轴承采用两路供油系统分别对内外膜进行独立供油。用有限元法计算内外膜独立供油时该轴承的静特性参数,分析供油压力变化对内、外膜静特性参数的影响,为继续研究独立供油时轴承动特性以及稳定性提供参考。
A hybrid journal-thrust floating-ring bearing with independent oil supply for inner and outer fluid film was presented. The static characteristics parameters under different inner and outer oil supply pressure were calculated by Finite Element Method. The calculation results show that the friction power is not increased sharply and other static characteristics parameters are changed a little with the change of oil supply pressure. The results offer reference to analyze the dynamic characteristics and stability of hydrostatic/hybrid floating-ring bearing with independent oil supporting systems.
