摘要
浮环动静压轴承具有内、外两层油膜,在设计计算时首先要进行内、外膜力和力矩的平衡,然后计算动态特性参数。其失稳转速的计算方法与单膜滑动轴承相比有很大不同,特别是内、外膜间隙影响更大。特别探讨内、外膜间隙对浮环动静压轴承失稳转速的影响,并据此给出较合理的浮环轴承失稳转速计算公式。
Hydrodynamic-hydrostatic hybrid bearing with floating-ring has inner oil film and outer oil film. The dynamic characteristics coefficients can be gotten after the force and moment balance computation of inner and outer oil film. The threshole speed calculation of hybrid bearing with floating-ring is great different from the single oil film bearing. Mainly discusses the influence of inner and outer oil film clearance to threshole speed calculation of floating-ring hybrid bearings and given the reasonable formula for threshole speed calculation of floating-ring hybrid bearings.
