摘要
目的通过健脾护齿方结合牙周基础治疗治疗慢性牙周炎的临床观察,观察其治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法将40例中、重度慢性牙周炎患者随机分为两组。实验组予以健脾护齿方结合牙周基础治疗,对照组仅予以牙周基础治疗,疗程3个月。对治疗前后患者的菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周探诊出血指数(BOP)、牙周探诊深度(PPD)和牙周附着水平(PAL),龈沟液中白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、IL-8以及血清中总钙(Ca)、无机磷(P)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)进行检测。结果治疗3个月后两组病例各项指标较治疗前均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组病例间治疗后PLI和BOP不存在统计学差异(P>0.05);但PPD和PAL则有明显下降(P<0.05)。实验组治疗3个月后ALP水平有明显下降(P<0.05)。结论表明健脾护齿方结合牙周基础治疗对慢性牙周炎患者有较好的治疗效果,同时对血清ALP也有调节作用。
Objective To evaluate the adjustment effect of JianPiHuChi decotion on chronic periodontitis patients. Method Forty patients who had chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in test group were given JianPiHuChi decotion and periodontal initial therapy, Other patients in control group were only given initial therapy. Then some periodontal index, Some cytokines in gingival crevicular fluid （GCF） and the level of Ca, P and Alkaline phosphatase （ALP） in blood were measured. Result All periodontal index in test and control groups decreased significantly after 3 months therapy（P〈0.05）; the periodontal pocket depth（PPD）and probing attachment level（PAL）of patients in test group decreased more significantly than those in control group after therapy （P〈0.05）, the concentration of interleukin-ll3 and interleukin-8 in both of groups also decreased significantly after 3 months treatment（P〈0.05）. After 3 months the ALP in test group decreased significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion JianPiHuChi decotion can adjust ALP level on the femal patients with Chronic Periodontitis. And it is benefit for the patients with Chronic Periodontitis.
