摘要
近年来,随着社会经济的发展,对创新人才的需求急剧增加,这与当前我国创新人才短缺形成突出矛盾。究其原因,在于我国传统创新人才培养开发机制存在着诸多的不适应性。本文从创新人才的宏观政策、教育、培训、管理、知识产权保护、成长环境等方面深入分析其培养开发中存在的问题,以期解决创新人才的培养开发难题。
The talents with creative consciousness and creative ability are a key factor of promoting social development. In recent years, with the social and economic development, the demand for innovative talents has risen sharply, which formed an intense contradiction between the demand and supply of innovative talents. The reason of the contradiction is that there was much inadaptability of China's traditionally mechanism for training innovative talents. This paper analyzes deeply problems of the traditionally training mechanism, such as the policy of innovative talents, education, training, management, intellectual property protection, growing environment and so on in order to solve difficult problems of training innovative talents.
