摘要
定性与定量分析了轨道交通对城市土地利用的作用及影响.修正了日本研究者Aoki的轨道交通出行成本与沿线土地价值的定量关系式,并针对上海的实际情况对有关参数进行了标定.最后讨论了城市轨道交通在调整城市土地利用中的作用及手段.
After a qualitative and quantative analysis of the influence of urban mass transit upon land use, the author amends the model established by a Japanese scholar, which discusses the relation between transportation coasts and land value, and calibrates the concerned parameters in accordance with the practical conditions of Shanghai and makes a study of the roles and measures of urban mass transit in regulating urban land use.
