摘要
文章从目前普遍采用的不确定度评定方法已经难以适应精密测量系统复杂化、数字化、模块化进程的问题出发,提出了将复杂系统分解为规范子系统,然后按照系统模块和信号流逐步进行不确定度分析的方法。文章用一个算例详细揭示了计算分析过程,为复杂测量系统的不确定度分析评定过程提出了一种新的思路。同时指出这种分析方法还存在一些问题,有待进一步的研究。
The traditional method of uncertainty evalution has been difficult to analyse the complicated measurement system's uncertainty which is developing to more eomplicate, modularization and dig- italzation. This paper is to solve this question, it promotes a method that decompose a complicated system into several subsystems, then analyses the uncertainty of every subsystem aecroding to the signal flow. At the end of this paper, an example is presented to show the process of evaluation. This new method is promotes a new path to analyse the complicated measurement system's uncertainty. There are also some questions and flaw in this method, which need to be further studied.
