摘要
介绍了电流比较仪技术在测量仪器中的应用,其中包括:(1)功率标准计量装置;(2)正交电流源;(3)基于电流比较仪技术的电阻测量桥;(4)高压电容测量桥;(5)高压有源分压器;(6)高压跨导放大器。实践证明:利用电流比较仪技术,在这些仪器的相关输出的幅值和相位上,可获得较高的稳定性和准确性。
This paper present s the application of current-comparator technology in mea-suring instrument.The instruments include:(1)A standard apparatus of power calibration system;(2)A quadrature-current reference source;(3)A currnet-comparator-based resis-tance bridge;(4)A high-voltage capacitance bridge;(5)A high-voltage active-divider;(6)A high-voltage transconductance amplifier.As a matter of fact,the current-comparator technique is used to obtain high accuracy and stability in both magnitude and phase of the associated outputs of these instruments.
