摘要
大学生责任感教育与公民意识培养是高校共青团工作的重要内容。从总体上分析了责任感与公民意识的内涵,大学生责任感与公民意识的现状、教育与培养的基本规律,并就大学生责任感教育与公民意识培养的途径进行了探讨。
In universities, the education of undergraduates＇ Sense of Responsibility and cultivation of citizen Consciousness are very important in the work of the Communist Youth League（CYL） of China. Based on the general analysis on connotation, current situation, and basic law of sense of responsibility education and cultivation of citizen consciousness, the paper discussed the approaches to it lastly.
