摘要
教育的社会功能是使个人具备在以后的社会生活中起到应起的作用的资格,也就是说,把他的个人个性塑造得极为接近社会个性,使他的欲望符合他所扮演的社会角色的需要。这种社会角色不仅要有现代人才的品质,还要有强烈的社会责任感。当今社会是多元的社会,人的世界观、价值观、责任观也变得多元化,但不管怎么多元化,社会需要的是有强烈社会责任感的人,这样人类社会才会文明,才会进步。而今部分大学生的社会责任感趋于淡化,这使大学生难以担负起历史的重任,培养大学生的社会责任感是我国高等教育所面临的一个紧迫而又重大的课题。
The social function of education is that it can make people qualify for his position in his social life in the future. In other words, that can shape his character in accordance with the society and make his ambition fit for the need of his social role. The role includes not only the quality of modern person but also the strong responsibility for society. Today, the society is pluralistic and the people's views about world, the value and the responsibility also become pluralistic, the society only needs the person who has strong social responsibility. Thus the human can be cultivated and progressive. However, some of the undergraduates' responsibility is desalinating, they can not take on the historical burden. Therefore, developing the social responsibility of the undergraduate is an urgent and great task for our higher education.
