补肾益气活血方对老年大鼠自由基、皮肤、免疫和性功能的影响 被引量:6

The effects of Baoqingkang(葆青康) on free radical,skin,immunity and sexual function of the aged rat

摘要 目的:探讨补肾益气活血方——葆青康对老年大鼠自由基、皮肤、免疫和性功能的影响。方法:采用电镜扫描观察不同年龄大鼠皮毛;采用TBA比色法观察不同年龄大鼠不同组织器官MDA变化情况;采用单向免疫扩散法和醋酸萘酯酶染色法测定老年大鼠血中IgG和外周血T-淋巴细胞百分率;用放免法测定血浆中睾酮和雌二醇含量。结果:葆青康能改善中老年大鼠皮毛衰老状态;大鼠心、脑、肝线粒体和微粒体MDA随龄增高,葆青康能降低老年大鼠心、脑、肝和全血中MDA含量;葆青康能提高中、老年大鼠胸腺和脾的脏器指数,提高中、老年大鼠血中IgG和外周血T-淋巴细胞百分率,增强中、老年大鼠的免疫力;葆青康能增加老年大鼠血浆中睾酮和雌二醇含量。结论:葆青康通过抗自由基、提高机体免疫力和增强机体性功能的方面的作用而具有抗衰老作用。 Objective:To explore the effects of Baoqingkang(葆青康) on free radical,skin,immunity and sexual function of the aged rat.Methods:The method of electron microscope scanning was employed to measure the effect on the fur of the various ages of rats;TBA method was employed to measure the change of MDA contents with the increased age in the various tissues and organs of rats.Single immunodiffusion technique and the staining method of α-naphthyl acetate esterase was employed to measure IgG and T-lymphocyte percentage of whole blood of the aged rats,respectively;Radio-immunity method was employed to measure the contents of testosterone and estradiol.Results:Baoqingkang can improve the status of aging skin fur of middle-aged rats and aged rats;Baoqingkang can decrease MDA contents in the brain,liver,heart and the whole blood.Baoqingkang can improve the thymus and spleen organ index,and increase IgG and T-lymphocyte percentage of whole blood,increase the immunity in middle-aged rats and aged rats;Baoqingkang can increase plasma testosterone and estradiol content,improve sexual function in old rats.Conclusion:Baoqingkang has anti-aging effect by improving anti-free radicals,enhancing the body immunity and enhancing sexual function.
