摘要
目的探讨云克联合雷公藤多甙对甲状腺相关眼病（TAO）疗效和安全性。方法选择2003年6月至2008年6月确诊的106只眼TAO患者，随机分为治疗组（61只眼）和对照组（45只眼），治疗组（61只眼）应用云克联合雷公藤多甙治疗，对照组给予口服醋酸泼尼松治疗，观察眼球突出度、临床活动性积分、眼球运动、复视情况及药物副反应。并进行详细记录。结果云克联合雷公藤多甙对甲状腺相关眼病具有较好疗效，改善眼球突出度和临床活动性积分总有效率分别为86．9％和78．7％（x2=13．23，6．72，P〈0．01）而且治疗过程中未见明显副反应。结论云克联合雷公藤多甙治疗甲状腺相关眼病安全，有效，副反应小，优于激素治疗。
Objective To Discuss the curative and safety effect of 99Tc-MDP allying self with the mul- ti-glycosidetabellaoftripterygiumwilford to thyroid-associated-ophthalmopathy. Methods Select 106 patients with TAO diagnosed in our hospital from June 2003 to June 2008, divides into the treatment group （ 61 ） and the control group （45） stochastically. The treatment group （61） applied ＂99Tc-MDP＂ combined with the mul- ti-glycosidetabellaottripterygiumwilford treatment, while control group given oral prednisone acetate treatment. Exophthalmos observation, clinical activity score, eye movement, diplopia and drug side effects were record- ed. Results ＂99Tc-MDP＂ combined with multi-glycosidetabellaoflripterygiumwilford had the good curative ef- fect to the thyroid related ophthalmopathy. The improvement of exophthalmos and clinical activity of the total integral aspect effectiveness is 86.9% and 78.7% respectively. There were no obvious side effects seen in the course of treatment. Conclusions ＂99Tc-MDP＂ combined with multi-glycosidetabellaoftripterygiumwilford treats thyroid related eyes disease safely, effectively, the side effect is small.
