CXCL16基因A181V多态性与急性冠状动脉综合征的相关性 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨中国西安汉族人群中CXC趋化因子亚族第16号配基(CXCL16)基因A181V多态性与急性冠状动脉综合征之间及冠状动脉病变程度之间的关系。方法入选2008年4月至2008年10月于西安交通大学医学院第一附属医院心血管内科住院并行冠状动脉造影检查的患者,急性冠状动脉综合征患者183例,非冠心病患者88例,收集基本临床资料并对各组A181V多态性进行基因分型,通过冠状动脉Gensini积分系统判断冠状动脉病变程度。结果AA型患急性冠状动脉综合征的风险是VV型的4.053倍,等位基因A携带者发生急性冠状动脉综合征的风险是等位基因V的1.811倍(P=0.002),在校正了年龄、性别等危险因素后,A181V多态性仍是急性冠状动脉综合征的独立危险因素。3种基因型中冠状动脉病变程度具有显著差异(P=0.002),AA型冠状动脉Gensini积分明显高于VV型(P=0.005)。结论CXCL16基因A181V多态性中A等位基因可能是中国西安汉族人发生急性冠状动脉综合征的独立危险因素,并与冠状动脉病变程度相关。 Aim To observe the association between CXCL16 A181V polymorphism and the susceptiblity of acute coronary syndrome(ACS),furthermore,to approch the influence of CXCL16 A181V polymorphism to coronary severity in Xi'an Han population.Methods In the present study,we enrolled 183 patients with ACS and 88 patients without coronary artery disease(CAD).A181V polymorphism genotypes was determined by polymerase chain reaction-ligase detection reaction(PCR-LDR),and the coronary severity was counted with Gensini score.Results The comparative risk of ACS in AA homozygote was 4.053 times of VV homozygote,and the comparative risk of ACS in A allele carrier was 1.811 times to V carrier.The difference of Gensini score among A181 genotypes was significant(P=0.002).Conclusion A181V polymorphism is associated with susceptibility of ACS in Xi'an Han population,and also is associated with coronary severity.
