良性甲状腺囊性结节的注射治疗

摘要 良性甲状腺囊性结节（BTCN）的液体特征多用B超确诊，良性特征多用包括B超在内的多种影像学方法和细针抽吸活检确诊。注射具有一定理化或药理特征的药物治疗BTCN无创伤、痛苦小、相对简单、治愈率高、复发率低，值得推广。但各种药物治疗均有一定的副作用，疗效均有待提高，各药物治疗BTCN的相关研究、特别是治疗方法和疗效的综合比较研究需待加强。
