摘要
目的探讨治疗腋臭的新途径,以求便捷安全而又疗效确切的新方法。方法收集10年间经皮内注射消痔灵混合液治疗轻中重三型腋臭386例临床资料,按程度不同分别施行病灶皮内注射治疗1、2、3次,两次间隔3个月,每次治疗后创面予以无菌保护3-5天。结果本组386例按疗效标准进行评定,轻型腋臭162例,一次治愈100%;中型腋臭154例,其中一次治愈79例(51.3%),二次治愈75例(48.7%);重型腋臭70例,其中二次治愈26例(37.14%),三次治愈28例(40%),好转16例(22.86%)。全组治愈率95.85%(370例),好转率4.15%(16例),有效率为100%。结论本方法简便易行,疗效确切,安全可靠,开辟了门诊治疗腋臭新途径,有临床实用推广价值。
Objective To discuss a new way for the treatment of Bromhidrosis Axillae and seek a convenient, safe and effective method. Methods To collect clinical materials of 368 cases with light, Medium,heavy bromhidrosis axillae within 10 years,according to different degrees, who were given intradermic injection of Xiaozhiling mixed liquid once,twice or three times, at three-month intervals, the wounds were protected from bacteria for 3-5 days after treatment each time. Results 386 cases were evaluated in accordance with the standards of therapy effect, including 162 cases with light bromhidrosis axillae, the cure rate was 100% ;154 cases with medium bromhidrosis axillae, of which 79 cases （51.3%）were cured at one-time, 75 cases （48.7%） were cured at two times; 70 cases with heavy bromhidrosis axillae, of which 26 cases （37.14 %）were cured at two times, 28 cases （40%）were cured at three times, 16 cases （22.86 %）were improved. The cure rate of whole group was 95.85 percent （370 cases）, improved rate was 4.15 percent （16 cases）, the efficient rate was 100 percent. Conclusion this method is simple and effective, safe and reliable, opening up a new way for the out-patient treatment of bromhidrosis axillae and prosessing practical value in the clinical application.
