摘要
对安钢7#高炉高喷煤比攻关操作管理进行了总结。针对低成本的原燃料,通过理论统计计算和实践相结合,改善入炉原燃料,优化高炉操作制度和管理,预警预控数据化,细化、量化、标准化高炉操作,使高炉2008年9-12月连续4个月喷煤比突破180kg/t,期间平均焦比与攻关前的8月份相比降低了49kg/t,炉况稳定顺行。2009年上半年多项技术经济指标实现了历史性创新。
The paper summarized the operation and management of research on high PCI ratio of No. 7 BF in Anyang Steel. In view of low - cost material and fuel, by means of theoretical statistic computing and practices, the material and fuel was improved, the BF operation system and management was opti- mized, early warning pre - control was digitized, and BF operation was refined, quantified and standard- ized. The PCI ratio of BF break through 180kg/t in the period of September to December in 2008, and the average coke ratio was 49kg/t lower than in August of 2008. Many technical economy indexes have realized the historical innovation in the first half of 2009.
