环氧基环糊精的合成及真丝接枝 被引量:4

Synthesis of epoxy cyclodextrin and its application to silk modification

摘要 以β-环糊精、对甲苯磺酰氯、乙二胺、环氧氯丙烷为原料合成了带环氧基的环糊精衍生物单-[2-(N′-2,3环-氧丙基乙二胺基)-2去-氧]-β-环糊精(β-CD-2-EPA),并将其应用到真丝织物改性中。通过红外光谱和核磁共振表征了产物结构。采用单因素试验得出β-CD-2-EPA接枝真丝的优化工艺条件:单体浓度15%(owf),浴比1∶50,pH值9,80℃×50 min。单体接枝前后真丝表面的扫描电镜照片和红外光谱图证实β-CD-2-EPA已成功接枝到真丝织物上。 Mono-[ 2-( N'-2,3-epoxy propylaminoethyl) -2-deoxy]-β-cyclodextrin (β-CD-2-EPA) was synthesized with β-cyclodex- trin, p-toluenesulfonyl chloride, ethylene diamine and epichlorohydrin, and its application to the modification of silk fabrics was carried out. The structure of synthesized product was characterized by FT-IR and nuclear magnetic resonance imaging. The optimum modification conditions were defined as follows by single-factor tests..13-CD-2-EPA concentration 15 %(owf), liquid ratio 1:50, pH value 9,modified at 80 ℃ for 50 minutes. The scanning electron microscope picture and FT-IR spectrum of grafted silk fabric proved that β-CD-2-EPA was successfully grafted onto the surface of silk.
