上颌窦提升同期种植的研究现状 被引量:17

摘要 上颌后牙区骨量不足限制了种植修复的应用,主要与牙缺失后牙槽骨吸收和萎缩、上颌窦进一步气化使窦底位置过低等有关。种植体难以取得初期稳定性,植入时极易穿破上颌窦黏膜进入窦腔,引起感染,导致种植失败。Tatumt21在20世纪80年代中期就提出了用上颌窦提升术来解决上颌后牙区行牙种植时骨量不足的问题。上颌窦提升时常在提升的上颌窦底和窦黏膜之间的空间植入骨移植材料,使得上颌窦底至牙槽嵴顶的垂直骨量增加。
