上颌后牙区骨量不足条件下种植技术的应用
摘要
在上颌后牙区,由于上颌窦过度气化以及牙缺失后牙槽嵴吸收和萎缩造成上颌后牙区骨量不足,骨质较为疏松,给种植体的植入增添了技术难度.为了克服这些解剖上的不利因素,多种技术手段应运而生.笔者就目前应用于上颌后牙区骨量不足条件下种植体的植入技术做一综述.
