摘要
研究了克氏原螯虾在3类环境条件下的生长状况,即消毒药物环境、防治药物环境和水草环境。结果表明:漂白粉、生石灰和二溴海因3种消毒药物中,选择漂白粉较为适宜;恩诺沙星、土霉素、硫酸铜3种防治药物对不同规格的虾苗均有一定的促进生长作用,趋利避害效果明显;水花生、水花生+水芹菜、水芹菜+伊乐藻等水草配置均有利于虾苗生长。
This paper studied the growth status of Procambrarus clarkii in three types of environment, including disinfection medicine environment, prevention medicine environment and aquatic environment. The results showed that bleaching powder was the most suitable disinfection medicine among bleaching powder, calcium oxide and DBDMHB; three prevention medicines （Enrofloxacin, Ter- ramycin and copper sulfate） all had a certain promotive action on the growth of different specs of red crayfish; Alternanthera philoxe roides, Alternanthera philoxeroides ＋ Oenanthe stolonifera, and Oenanthe stolonifera ＋ Elodea were favorable for the growth of red crayfish.
