摘要
目的:评价上颌牙槽嵴延伸术中采用自攻螺钉和结扎丝辅助固位的唇颊沟塑形术后的效果。方法:收集2007～2009年间在上颌牙槽嵴延伸术后采用自攻钉和结扎丝辅助固定塑形的患者12例,对其术后效果与术前进行比较研究。结果:术后唇颊侧前庭沟可以形成较为理想的向上弓形,牙槽嵴的义齿基托可伸展区较术前明显增加。结论:上颌采用辅助固位后有利于牙槽嵴延伸术中的唇颊沟固定塑形和术后义齿基托的固位。
Objective： To investigate the moulding result of maxillary ridge extension with supplementary retention using tapping screws and ligature wire. Methods： 12 patients from 2007 to 2009 received the operations were inves tigated and anlayzed. After the maxillary ridge extension, tapping screws and ligature wire were chosen to fix the silicone impression material. Results： After the operation, labial and buccal vestibular fornix formed an ideal upper arch form, which provided more area for the denture base to extend on the alveolar ridge than before. Conclusion： The moulding with the supplementary retention had benefit for the labial and buccal vestibular groove moulding and dentures retention.
