摘要
目的:探讨不同冲洗液对根管超声冲洗效果的影响。方法:选择单根管离体牙68颗,随机分为4组,每组17颗,常规根管预备后进行超声冲洗,A组:0.5%次氯酸钠、B组:3%双氧水、C组:1%氯亚明、D组:0.5%次氯酸钠和0.2%氯己定混合液,其中每组12颗超声冲洗后根管充填,并测量根尖微渗漏长度;每组剩余5颗电镜扫描观察。结果:根尖微渗漏D组与A、B、C组比较有显著差异(P<0.05),A、B、C三组组间无统计学意义;电镜扫描观察根中1/3牙本质小管口打开数目,D组优于A、B、C组(P<0.05)。结论:0.5%次氯酸钠和0.2%氯己定混合液配合超声能获得好的冲洗效果。
Objective: To investigate the influence of four irrigation solutions with ultrasonic instrumentation on the root canals. Methods: Sixty-- eight extracted teeth with single straight canals were randomly divided into 4 groups of 17 each. All root canals were conventionally accessed, then flushed with irrigations as following. Group A0.5%NaCIO, group B 3%H2O2 ,group C 1% chloramine, group D mixed liquor of 0.5%NaCIO and CHX of each group were filled after cleaning with ultrasonic, 12 stained teeth was measured with microleakage. The other 5 teeth was measured with scanning electron mieroseope(SEM) . Results: The apex microleakage of group D were signifi- cantly shorter than that of the other 3 groups. (P〈0. 05) . Whereas there was no difference between group A,B and C. Middle third SEM: The number of visible open dentinal tubules of group D were significantly greater than that of the other 3 groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The mixture of NaCIO and CHX could gain a better irrigation effect than the other irragations.
