摘要
计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)和数控自动编程是CAD/CAPP/CAM/CAE集成中的重要部分。近二十年来,已开发了许多CAPP系统,但都是专用系统。通用系统理论研究虽有成果,但难以实施。CAPP开发工具则是CAPP研究开发和推广应用的另一种可行方法。本文在总结已有CAPP开发工具研究成果基础上,阐述了CAPP开发工具的概念并提出一个分层次的基本模型。该模型将成组技术(GT)原理,工艺设计信息模型,智能技术,面向对象的软件技术和数据库技术有机结合在一起。
CAPP is an important part for CAD/CAPP/CAM/CAE integration. Many CAPP systems have been developed in the last twenty years,but most of them are specialiged in use. The general methodology for CAPP development has been proposed,but it is difficult to implement。 The CAPP developing tool (CAPPDT) is another approach to solve this problem. This paper proposed a CAPPDT model which integrated the GT principle,information model of process planning, object-oriented software,AI and database techniques. This model has good practicability which was proved by a developed CAPPDT presented in this paper.
