摘要
由于零件和工厂制造环境的多样性、可变性以及工艺人员的知识与经验的差异，传统ＣＡＰＰ系统开发方法存在严重的适应性差的问题。本文着重介绍的基于成组工艺的ＣＡＰＰ开发工具是ＣＡＰＰ系统工具化研究的重要内容之一。利用专家系统的思想，使系统具有一定的学习功能，这是本系统的特色之一。
The traditional methods of the development of CAPP systems have a fault in lower adaptability,because of the variety of the parts, the differences of the manufacturing environment in factories and the lack of consistency among the knowledge and experience of the process planners. In this paper,the main part of a GT based developing tool for CAPP has been introduced. One of the characteristics of this system is that it use the idea of expert system to have some learning ability.
