摘要
以刺五加不定芽为外植体,采用二次回归正交旋转设计方法,对刺五加初代培养中6-BA和NAA的浓度配比进行筛选。通过对所建模型的分析得出:6-BA的最优浓度为0.72~1.28mg/L,NAA的最优浓度为0.05~0.15mg/L,其可信度达95%。
Quadratic regressive orthogonal revolving design experiment was used to select optimum concentration of 6-BA and NAA in WPM medium for shoot propagation of Acanthopanax senticosus.The result showed that the most of shoots achieved by the 6-BA and NAA concentrations were in a rang of 0.72-1.28 mg/L and 0.05-0.15 mg/L respectively.The probability of the event was 95%.
