电视胸腔镜辅助下漏斗胸矫形手术 被引量：2

摘要 目的:电视胸腔镜辅助下探讨漏斗胸矫形术后近期疗效和并发症的预防及治疗。方法:回顾性分析8例胸腔镜下微创漏斗胸矫型术患儿临床资料。结果:本组手术时间30～65min,平均42min,均于术后6～9d出院。优良7例,良好1例。术中、术后无严重并发症发生,无切口感染及支架排斥反应。结论:电视胸腔镜辅助下漏斗胸矫形手术具有微创、美观、手术时间短、操作简单等优点,近期效果满意,远期效果需进一步观察。
