摘要
结合国内外最新的研究进展对构建植物遗传资源核心种质的方法进行了综述,针对目前植物核心种质构建方法的研究现状与问题,提出了今后在核心种质构建方法中,应加强对取样策略、核心种质管理与有效性检验等问题的研究。尽快建立一批中国原产的、重要的植物遗传资源的核心种质,提高种质资源利用效率,提升种质创新能力,为中国植物资源的利用奠定基础。
The advances of methods for constructing core collection of plant germplasm resources are summarized in this article.Based on the questions and the status of germplasm on core collection constructing method,this article introduces the sampling strategies,the representative and the manage of core collection. And give the suggestions that we must quickly set up some core collections of traditional famous and important plants of our country.Aimed at making full use of the germplasm resources,promoting innovation ability of germplasm resources,that is the basis of full use of the plant germplasm resources.
