摘要
植物EST(expressed sequence tags)计划作为植物基因组计划的一个重要组成部分,概括介绍了几种主要EST标记(EST-SSR,EST-PCR,EST-SNP,EST-AFLP,EST-RFLP)在比较基因组学,系统发育学,基因功能研究等方面的应用情况,并对EST标记的应用前景作了展望。
The plant EST（expressed sequence tags） program is one of the most important parts which compose the plant genome program.The expansion of EST data base is foundation of development of EST markers.In this paper,the development of five EST markers（EST-SSR,EST-PCR,EST-SNP,EST-AFLP,and EST-RFLP） and their application on comparative genomics,phylogeny and function studies of gene.Some problem exit in the development of EST markers is also discussed.
