百合鳞茎低温解除休眠与抗氧化系统酶的关系 被引量:13

Relationship between Breaking of Dormancy and Antioxidative Sysems Enzymes in Low Temperature Treatment in Bulbs of Oriental Lily'Sorbonne'

摘要 以东方百合"索蚌"(sorbonne)小鳞茎为试验材料,研究了鳞茎在4℃低温处理过程中活性氧和抗氧化系统酶的动态变化。鳞茎中超氧阴离子自由基的释放速率在低温处理的前期缓慢上升,30 d时达最大,随后迅速下降,过氧化氢含量在低温45 d后达最大值,随着低温积累也迅速下降。在休眠解除过程中4种抗氧化酶活性变化的动态不同,超氧化物歧化酶呈现先下降后上升的趋势。过氧化氢酶的活性在低温处理前期下降,随后又上升,45 d后又迅速下降,与过氧化氢的动态变化趋势一致。抗坏血酸过氧化物酶和愈创木酚过氧化物酶的活性在低温解除休眠过程中都呈先上升后下降的趋势。 Activity oxygen and antioxidative systems enzymes were performed to investigate the effect of low temperature treatment on the bulbs dormancy of Oriental Lily‘Sorbonne'. The results indicated: the production rate of Supemxidem ( · O2- ) increased at earlier phase (30d) and decreased at the late stage of releasing dormancy, the content of H2 O2 showed a downward-upward-downward curve during the releasing dormancy and its peak value occurred at phase (45d) . The activity of Sueperoxide dismutase (SOD) dropped at the beginning of the treatment then increased along with the prolonging of duration. The activity of Catalase (CAT) showed the same result caused probably by the content of H2O2. The activity of Guaiacol-dependent peroxidase (POD) and Ascobate perxidas (APX) also changed during the low temperature treatment.
