摘要
在固定浸提时间1.5 h、浸提温度80℃及固定料液比1∶20、浸提温度80℃的条件下,研究了不同料液比(1∶5、1∶10、1∶15、1∶20、1∶25、1∶30)提取和不同浸提时间(0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0 h)提取的金萱绿茶多糖体外清除自由基的活性。结果表明,水浸提的绿茶多糖具有较好的清除DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基的效果,对亚铁离子具有较强的络合能力,提取绿茶多糖的最佳条件为料液比1:25、浸提时间2.5 h。
In order to study the effects of different solid-liquid ratio and extraction time on scavenging free radical activity of Jinxuan green tea polysaccharide, extraction time, temperatures and solid-liquid ratio were set to 1.5 h, 80℃, 1:5, 1:10, 1:15, 1:20, 1:25, 1:30, and 0.5 h, 1.0 h, 1.5 h, 2.0 h, 2.5 h, 3.0 h, 80 ℃, 1:20 respectively. The results showed that green tea polysaccharide had significant free radical scavenging abilities including 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging ability, 2,2-azinobis-(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6- sulfonic acid) (ABTS) radical scavenging ability and ferrous-ion chelating (FIC) ability. And, it was recommended that the optimum solid- liquid ratio of green tea polysaccharide was 1:25, the optimum extraction time was 2.5 h.
