重症手足口病165例脑脊液分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨重症手足口病患儿脑脊液（CSF）特点。方法回顾性分析165例重症手足口病患儿入院后1～2d行CSF检查的结果。结果重症手足口病患儿CSF基本符合病毒性脑炎的CSF改变，行呼吸机治疗的69例危重症手足口病患者与一般重症患者在CSF细胞数及分类上差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），糖定量稍高（t=3．93，P〈0．05）。PCR法检测到EV71核酸的患者CSF细胞数明显高于检测不到者（t=2．27，P〈0．05）。CSF异常率高于颅脑MRI及脑电图。结论重症手足口病患儿CSF异常率高，因此对有神经系统症状及体征患儿宜早行CSF检查。
