摘要
借鉴测定产业结构升级的Moore结构变化值和产业结构平均变动值模型,提出了测度产业结构升级速率的加权平均变动速率模型,并运用该模型及产业结构超前系数,通过相关统计数据资料对湖北产业结构升级的速度和方向进行了定量测度与评析,在此基础上,提出了促进湖北产业结构优化的相关建议。
Moore model of industrial structure upgrading and averag~ change in value model of industrial structure were induced to establish the average rate changing model. The model was applied to measure the speed of industrial structure upgrading. On the basis of the industrial advance coefficient and the relevant statistical data, the direction and the speed of industrial structure upgra- ding of Hubei province were measured and analyzed by using of these models. Furthermore, relevant suggestions about industrial structure promotion of Hubei province were proposed.
