摘要
从系统观点的角度,结合空中交通管制工作实际,分析了空中交通管制员操作可靠性的影响因素,并确定了管制员操作可靠性评价指标体系。利用模糊评判理论,分析了各影响因素对于飞行安全的影响程度,为提高民航空管安全提供了理论依据。
In the actual air traffic control practice, influential factors of the operating reliability of the air traffic controller were dis- cussed from a systematic viewpoint. Evaluation index system of the reliability of controller＇s operation was established. Using fuzzy evaluation theory, the impact degrees of all kinds influential factors on the flight safety were analyzed. Theoretical basis for aviation safety enhancing was provided to air traffic control.
