摘要
研究了基于纤维带在某一铺放角度(0°~90°)下的间隙检测系统,采用PC高速图像采集卡的计算机视觉技术实现检测。在检测过程中,用CCD/CMOS相机+图像采集卡的方法实现实时图像序列采集。并研究了间隙检测系统的硬件设计,提出了设计测量软件的思想、图像处理的步骤和一种简单易行的间隙检测算法,通过视觉软件检测验证了铺放缺陷可采用视觉完成检测。为了提高系统的整体性能,可采用ARM或DSP来代替PC机,同时可以改进图像识别算法,提高纤维带边缘识别的精确度、准确率和实时性。
Based on the interval detection system of fiber tape under a placement angle (0 - 90 ) , the high - speed frame grab- ber was used to realize the computer vision technology. In the detection process, the "CCD/CMOS camera + frame grabber" was applied to achieve real - time image sequence capture. The hardware of image detection system was designed for fiber tape laying based on machine vision. And a simple interval detection algorithm was presented under the idea of measuring software design while the procedure steps of image processing were proposed. It was proved that visual inspection can be used in laying defect. In order to improve overall system performance, ARM or DSP could be used to replace PC, and improvement of the image recognition algorithm could improve the accuracy of fiber tape edge detection and realize real - time detection.
