摘要
该文通过对高校特种设备管理现状的分析,指出高校特种设备管理存在的各种问题,并尝试从管理体制建设、管理人员的业务素质、安全教育宣传和完善预防与突发事件应急处理机制等方面提出解决方案,同时通过构建特种设备管理系统,实现特种设备的系统化、信息化、智能化管理。
By analysis of the management status of special equipment in universities, the paper points out the various problems in existence and tries to bring out a solution to the building up of the management system, the improvement of the professional quality of the managers, the publicizing of the safety education and the promotion of the provention system and the emergency handling mechanism, etc. At the same time, we achieve the systematic, information-based and intelligent management to the special equipment through the construction of the special equipment management system.
