摘要
采用凝胶渗透色谱/示差检测器/十八角静态激光光散射仪(GPC/RI/MALLS)联用技术,考察温和环境温度(25℃~50℃)对魔芋葡甘聚糖(KGM)分子在水溶液中行为的影响。分别测定KGM溶液折光指数增量(dn/dc)值,重均分子量(Mw)、数均分子量(Mn)、多分散性(Mw/Mn)、均方根旋转半径(Rn)、分子构象(β)的变化。结果表明:dn/dc值随温度升高呈对数递增,Mw、Mn、Mw/Mn、Rn、β值的变化均呈上升趋势,且均在40℃出现突变值,50℃时达最大。
Gel permeation chromatography/refractive index/18-angle laser light scattering (GPC/RI/MALLS) was used to inspect the effect of moderate temperature (25℃-50℃ ) on konjac glucomannan (KGM) solution behavior. The experiment measured the refractive index increment (dn/dc) values, weight-average molar mass (Mw), number-average molar mass (Mn), polydispersity (Mw/Mn), root mean square radius of gyration (Rn), molecular conformation (IS) changes respectively. The results showed that: values of dn/dc increased along with the increasing temperature. Mw,Mn,Mw/Mn,Rn, β enjoyed rising as well, all the values appeared inflexion at 40 ℃ and reached the peak at 50℃.
