摘要
通过电子显微镜、红外光谱、扫描电镜、X射线等技术,在体外研究了魔芋葡甘聚糖(KGM)对草酸钙结晶性质的影响。结果表明,KGM能够减小草酸钙晶体的大小和数目、改变其形状,但不能促使热力学稳定的草酸钙一水合物(COM)转化为二水合物(COD)。KGM对草酸钙结石的抑制作用是有限的。
The effects of Konjac glucomannan (KGM) on formation of calcium oxalate (CaOxa) crystals were investiga- ted in vitro using biological microscope ( BM ), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy ( FT-IR ), scanning electronmi- croscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results showed KGM can reduce the size and the number CaOxa crystals. In addition,it can change the shape of CaOxa crystals. However it cannot induce the transformation of thermo- dynamically stable calcium oxalate monohydrate (COM) crystals to metastoble calcium oxalate dihydrate (COD) crys- tals. It suggested that inhibitory effect of KGM on growth of CaOxa was marginal.
