摘要
美国高等教育在世界的优势与其拥有的教师队伍是密切相关的。因此,依据美国国家教育部统计中心的相关数据,分析美国大学教师队伍的形式结构、职称结构、学历结构和生师比的变化,同时结合我国大众化发展阶段的高校师资队伍结构进行反思。
The advantages of American higher education in the world and its own team of teachers are closely related. Thus, according to the National Center for Education Statistics data, the article analyzed the changes of the form structure of American university teachers, the professional title structure, the education background structure and the ratio of student-teacher, and reflected the structure of teacher faculty combined with the development stages of our country＇s massive high education.
