摘要
鼓励和推动农民专业合作组织的发展作为全面繁荣农村县域经济、促进农民增收的重要举措,是提高农民组织化程度、增强农民市场竞争力的基本手段,也是建设现代农业、提升农业整体素质和综合效益的有效途径。文章通过全面分析云南省农民专业合作组织的发展现状以及在县域经济中的作用、主要特点和存在问题,研究提出了做大做强我省农民专业合作组织,促进云南县域经济健康发展的五项对策建议。
To encourage and push the development of professional farmers＇ cooperation organizauon is an important action to accelerate village and intra-county economy development, to increase farmer＇s incomes, and is the basic method to improve the agricultural organizing ability and farmers＇ marketing complexity, and also is the useful way to establish modern agriculture and to upgrade whole farmers＇ ability and synthetic benefit. Through deep research on the development of Yunnan＇s professional farmer cooperation organization in regional economic development and its function, characteristics and existing problems, this article proposed specific problem-shooting strategy and suggestion for developing farmers＇ professional cooperation organization in Yunnan province, to improve Yunnan＇s intra-eounty economy development.
