As one of distinguished intellectuals in ancient China, Fan Zhongyan has been highly praised because of his character and career success. Apart from his glorious political and literary achievements, he also embodies many excellent spiritual and cultural characteristics of Chinese traditional culture. This is why Fan Zhongyan has long enjoyed a good reputation.
