摘要
积极心理学催化了心理资本理论的诞生,继财力、人力、社会三大资本之后,心理资本成为第四大资本。本文阐述了心理资本的四维结构——自我效能感、希望、乐观及韧性,引入了主观幸福感、情绪智力、宽恕、感恩、自尊、信任、成就动机等七大潜在心理资本,介绍了心理资本效用研究的四种模式,并提出了自我效能感、希望、乐观及韧性的干预措施。心理资本研究拓展了积极心理学的应用,架构了积极心理学与组织行为学的桥梁,开启了成功和幸福的大门。
The research of Positive Psychology motivates the birth of Psychological Capital Theory, following the financial, human and social capital, psychological capital to become the fourth largest capital. In this paper, we represent the four-dimensional structure of psychological capital-self-efficacy, hope, optimism and resilience ; import seven potential psychological capitals-subjective wellbeing, emotional intelligence, forgiveness, thanksgiving, self-esteem, confidence, achievement motivation; describe the four research models of psychological capital; and propose development measures of self-efficacy, hope, optimism and resilience. Psychological capital research has expanded the application of positive psychology, established the bridge between positive psychology and Organizational Behavior; and opened the door to success and happiness.
