摘要
在理论假设的基础上,对心理资本与创业团队行为之间关系的实证研究表明:心理资本四要素中的自我效能、希望和乐观与创业团队行为之间存在显著正相关关系;心理资本作为一个整体与创业团队行为之间存在显著正相关关系,且影响要大于心理资本各要素的分别影响;心理资本以创业团队行为为完全中介对创业成效产生缓冲效应。
Based on the theoretical assumptions,we do empirical research about the relationship between psychological capital and entrepreneurial team behavior.Conclusions are as follows： There is significantly positive correlation existing between psychological capital and enterprising team behavior,either does respectively between three elements of psychological capital including self-efficacy,hope,optimistic and entrepreneurial team behaviors.But the influence of psychological capital as a whole giving to enterprising team behaviors is stronger than the three elements respectively does.And psychological capital produces buffering effect to entrepreneurial results with the entrepreneurial behavior as complete intermediary.
