摘要
在理论假设的基础上,对心理资本与创业团队行为之间关系的实证研究表明:心理资本四要素中的自我效能、希望和乐观与创业团队行为之间存在显著正相关关系;心理资本作为一个整体与创业团队行为之间存在显著正相关关系,且影响要大于心理资本各要素的分别影响;心理资本以创业团队行为为完全中介对创业成效产生缓冲效应。
Based on the theoretical assumptions,we do empirical research about the relationship between psychological capital and entrepreneurial team behavior.Conclusions are as follows: There is significantly positive correlation existing between psychological capital and enterprising team behavior,either does respectively between three elements of psychological capital including self-efficacy,hope,optimistic and entrepreneurial team behaviors.But the influence of psychological capital as a whole giving to enterprising team behaviors is stronger than the three elements respectively does.And psychological capital produces buffering effect to entrepreneurial results with the entrepreneurial behavior as complete intermediary.
