摘要
系统级故障诊断分为确定性诊断和概率诊断两大类这方面的研究至今已取得许多令人欣喜的成果．为此，本文在提出两个概率诊断模型的前提下。
In this paper,the applications of statistical analysis to system level fault diagnosis are studied through two models of probabilistic diagnosis.Based on the 2 models, 2 algorithms are illustrated by the use of sequential analysis and most powerful test.
