摘要
系统级故障诊断中的核心问题,是要用最小的开销完成诊断任务.由于测试数是诊断开销的一部分,希望测试数达到最小.在几种概率测试模型下,我们给出了概率诊断中最小测试数的上界和下界,这两个界具有同一数量级.
The central problem in system-level fault diagnosis is to achieve the diagnosis goal at the lowest cost. One wishes to minimize the number of tests since it is a part of the diagnosis overhead. Under several probabilistic test models, an upper bound and a lower bound on the minimum number of tests in probabilistic diagnosis are derived, which are of the same order of magnitude.
