摘要
研究了糠醛气相加氢制2-甲基呋喃新型合金催化剂Raney铜的制备方法。通过正交实验及单因素实验得到该催化剂在反应体系中最适宜的工艺条件,即反应温度220~230℃,氢醛比5∶1,床层高度12.7cm左右,空速0.33~0.45h-1,氢压0.03~0.08MPa。
The preparation of a new Raney Cu catalyst for the hydrogenation of furfural to 2 methylfuran has been studied. The optimum activation conditions in the reacting system were obtained by means of orthogonal experiments and together with single factor experiments, and are as follows; temperature:220~230 ℃; ratio of hydrogen to furfural:5/1; height of catalyst bed:12 7 cm;pressure:0 03 ̄0 08 MPa; space velocity:0 33 ̄0 45 h -1 .
