nm23及c-erbB-2在原发性乳腺癌中的表达及预后的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的为探讨nm23与c-erbB-2在原发性乳腺癌中的表达及其与转移和预后的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测我院1998~2008年间临床资料完整的女性原发性乳腺癌269例,其nm23及c-erbB-2的表达,分析2种基因之间的相关性及与转移的关系。结果269例原发性乳腺癌患者中nm23、c-erbB-2在淋巴结癌转移阳性与阴性中的表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中c-erbB-2高表达和nm23低表达的患者转移发生率高(P<0.05),预后较差。nm23与c-erbB-2的表达无相关性(P>0.05)。结论nm23的阳性表达率与乳腺癌淋巴结转移之间呈负相关,c-erbB-2阳性表达率与淋巴结转移之间呈正相关;nm23的过表达对阻抑淋巴结转移起着重要作用,与预后关系密切,二者可作为乳腺癌转移和预后评估的一项重要指标。
