多药耐药相关蛋白在卵巢上皮癌的表达及其临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨多药耐药相关蛋白在不同卵巢上皮癌组织中的表达及与卵巢上皮癌化疗效果的关系。方法采用SP免疫组化方法联合检测多药耐药相关蛋白P-糖蛋白(P-gp)、谷胱苷肽-S-转移酶-π(GST-π)、肺耐药相关蛋白(LRP)等在36例卵巢上皮癌组织中的表达情况,取同期卵巢良性肿瘤及交界性肿瘤各10例作为对照组。结果卵巢上皮癌组织P-gp、GST-π和LRP阳性表达率与良性和交界性肿瘤之间比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01),良性与交界性肿瘤之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。P-gp和LRP在卵巢上皮癌组织中的阳性表达率随其临床分期及病理分级的升高而升高(P<0.01);GST-π的阳性表达率在临床分期I~II期与III~IV期之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但在病理分级G1、G2与G3之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。P-gp、GST-π和LRP在卵巢上皮癌的阳性表达率与化疗疗效呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论卵巢上皮癌组织中存在原发的多个耐药相关蛋白共同表达的现象,联合检测卵巢上皮癌组织多药耐药相关蛋白,对化疗药物的选择及预后判断有一定临床指导价值。 Objective To explore the expression and the effect of mulfidrug resistance related protein on chemo-therapy for the treatment of epithelial ovarian carcinomar. Methods Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detect the expression of muhidrug resistance related protein in 36 eases with epithelial ovarian carcinoma , 10 cases with borderline tumor and 10 cases with benign tumor. Results The positive rates of P-gp、GST-πand LRP increased significantly from benign to borderline, and from borderline to malignant epithelial ovarian tumor.The positive rates of P-gp, GST-π and LRP increased significantly from benign or borderline to malignant epithelial ovarian tmnor( P 〈 0. 001 ). There was no relationship between the expression of P-gp,GST-π and LRP in benign and borderline tepithelial ovarian tumor(P 〉 0.05).In the cases with FIGO staging Ⅰ and Ⅱ,and histological grade Ⅰ or Ⅱ, the positive rates of P-gp and LRP were significantly lower than those in cases with FIGO staging Ⅲ and Ⅳ, and histoligical grade Ⅲ, respectively (P 〈 0.001), but there was no relationship between the expression of GST-π in grade Ⅰ or Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ( P 〉 0.05) .The positive rates of P-gp,GST-πand LRP expression was nagative correlated with the efficiently of ehemo-therapy( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The detection of P-gp, GST-π, LRP and their gene products in combination may be useful in selecting antieancer-drug and providing prognostic information in malignant epithelial ovarian tumor.
