摘要
报道了北山莴苣（LactucasibiricaBenth）的核型公式k（2n）＝2x＝18＝4m＋12sm（2SAT）十2st，核型为“3B”型，核型不对称系数为67.00％，其染色体相对长度组成为2n＝18＝2L＋8M2＋6M1＋2S，染色体总长度为47．87μm。
The present paper deals with cytological study on Lactuca sibicica. The number of somatic chromosome in root -tips of seedings has been found to be 2n=18, the karyotype formula of L. sibirica is k (2n) =2x=18=4m+12sm (2SAT) +2st and belong to '3B' of stebbins karyotype -symmetry. The species chromosome compsition of relative length is 2n=18=2L+8M2+6M1+2S, The total length of the chromosome is 47. 87μm.
