摘要
本文研究了在柠檬酸介质中,有溴代十六烷基吡啶存在时钒催化溴酸钾氧化丁基罗丹明B的褪色反应,建立了催化光度法测定痕量钒的新方法.本方法的线性范围为0.010-0.200μg/25ml,检出限为13×10-10g/ml.用于岩石中痕量钒的测定,结果满意.
In this paper,a new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace vanadium is studied.The method is based on the vanadium catalyzed oxidation of butyl rhodamine B by potassium bromate at the presence of cetylpyridinium bromode in citric acid.The linear range for determination is 0.01-0.20μg/25ml.The limit of detection is 1.3×10-10g/ml .The method has been applicd to the determination of vanadium in roek with satisfaetory result.
